Delivery

We will send an order confirmation by email to you after you have placed your order. Items in stock are available on a 3 – 5 days delivery schedule.  For items that have to be ordered from the factory a delivery time of about two to three weeks will apply. Specially made to order items have a delivery time of 6 to 8 weeks.

Delivery times: Our standard times of delivery are: 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

Please note that someone must be available to sign for the delivery and Pasadele UK Ltd cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to inaccessible sites or no one being available to sign for the goods. All goods must be examined at the time of delivery. No claims will be accepted after 3 days from delivery for shortages and breakages.

Please advise of any special delivery requirements at the time of order and our sales team will endeavour to fulfill them. Special deliveries and timed services are available at an extra cost (not through the website).

No items should be returned without contacting us. In exceptional cases we may accept (with prior agreement in writing) to take returns of unsuitable item/s, provide they are returned within seven days of receipt in its original condition, packaging and resaleable condition. In these circumstances an outward carriage plus restocking charge of 20% of the value of the items being returned will be applicable and deducted from the credit of the returned goods.

All Online/Internet orders must be placed for a minimum total value of £200.00 plus VAT.
